August 12, 2022 - Riyadh:  V30 Systems and F. M. Abunayyan Holding are proud and honored to announce our Joint Venture with Hill International, Inc., the 5th largest project and construction management firm in the U.S. Hill, with 100 offices across 40 countries, has participated in over 10,000 project assignments with a total construction value of over $600 billion. V30 and Abunayyan have collaborated with Hill on several projects over the past year, and the success of those efforts led us to even further align our capabilities by forming a Saudi-registered Joint venture company focused on providing world-class program management to major government and commercial projects in the Saudi market.

This JV supports our vision of becoming a major enabler of visionary Saudi infrastructure projects. We are excited to bring the company’s unmatched strength and technical excellence to the Saudi market in support of Saudi Vision 2030. 

July 14, 2022 - Riyadh and Athens: V30 Systems is proud and honored to announce our Joint Venture with Mytilineous S.A./Metka, a $2.6B leader in the global industrial and energy space. Metka has been our strategic partner on several key Saudi defense programs, and the success of those efforts led us to even further align our capabilities by forming a Saudi-registered Joint venture company focused on developing the defense industrial component of Saudi Vision 2030.

Among its many benefits, the Joint Venture will facilitate state-of-the-art improvements to V30’s Riyadh industrial facility and the further development of our Saudi workforce. This powerful combination of unmatched technical expertise and cutting-edge manufacturing facilities positions V30 to perform complex/specialized defense manufacturing on Saudi soil.
 

Our JV supports the pursuit of opportunities, including Saudi Patriot missile launching systems manufacture, manufacture of defense system components and spare parts, and the manufacture of a new, State-of-the-art Saudi Armored Combat Vehicle.
